Vision Survey Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in any form. We are dedicated to ensuring transparency throughout our business and supply chains, and to preventing modern slavery from taking place within our organisation or among those we do business with.

  1. Our Business

Vision Survey Ltd is one of the UK’s leading survey providers, offering services such as utility surveys, engineering support, BIM, and permit-to-dig solutions. Our operations are primarily based in the UK, and we work with a range of suppliers and subcontractors in construction, surveying, and technology.

  1. Our Policies and Practices

To uphold our commitment to combatting modern slavery, we have implemented the following:

    • Ethical Sourcing and Procurement: We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to share our values and comply with all applicable laws relating to modern slavery and human rights.
    • Supplier Assessments: We carry out due diligence when engaging new suppliers, especially in higher-risk areas of our supply chain.
    • Code of Conduct: Our internal Code of Conduct sets the standard for ethical behaviour and outlines our expectations for integrity and respect for human rights.
  1. Training and Awareness

We provide training and guidance to relevant staff to ensure awareness of modern slavery risks and how to identify and report potential issues. Our aim is to build a culture of vigilance and responsibility across the organisation.

  1. Reporting Concerns

Vision Survey Ltd encourages all employees, suppliers, and third parties to raise concerns about any suspicion of modern slavery or unethical practices in any part of our business or supply chain. Reports can be made confidentially to careers@vision.co.uk.
