Vislock

Locating underground services is not enough!

Vision survey has recently set up a new subsidiary called Vislock which will focus on researching and developing new paperless technologies to use across multiple industries. The first product that Vislock is working on is a paperless permit to dig system that eliminates the need for paper and streamlines the process.

After two years of development, the new technology is currently on trial at Heathrow and should be ready for its full launch to market in the next two to three months all being well.

Vision and Vislock owner, John Gray said,

“With my twenty-five years of experience in managing the permit to dig process for projects such as Heathrow T5, Olympic Park, and more recently Thames Tideway, HS2 and Hinkley Point C, I have been able to take all of the best practices and processes and incorporate them into an innovative new application”.

“This software is a game changer in the construction industry and I can see it becoming vital to the safety process when working around buried services”.

Vision and Vislock hope that the new paperless technology will become the new industry standard in permit to dig management.

We will keep you posted on the final steps of development and release date.
