Drone Surveys

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) Surveys, or drone surveys, can greatly reduce the time spent on projects by collecting accurate surveying data in a shorter timeframe. Drones provide “eyes” that can reach and hover above specific sites. Their height and cameras can be adjusted remotely. And, when equipped with sensors, they can measure, transmit and store data.

Drone footage can provide extremely precise images in a point cloud format. The data can then be utilised as a 3D model, much like that of laser scanning techniques which provide extremely accurate models.
