Assistant Land Surveyor

Vision Survey is seeking to recruit a full-time Assistant Land Surveyor based at our office in Three Bridges, Crawley. This position will suit an individual who is willing and able to learn skills that will lead to a specialised site based career. What you’ll be doing:

Reporting the Project Managers, you will:

  • Assist the Land Surveyor to capture survey data in line with Vision Survey and industry standards within the allocated timescale and budget.
  • Assist with correct handling of survey equipment.
  • Work as part of a team of surveyors.
  • Promote the company values and carry out duties in a professional manner.

What we are looking for:

  • Holder of CSCS card.
  • Holder of a full UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of land surveying and civil engineering. (Preferred).
  • Understanding of construction safety.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • 5-year traceable history (applicant may be required to work on security sensitive projects).
  • Willingness and flexibility to work shift patterns and weekends when required.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Good standard of English.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate in all techniques, processes, and standards relating to land surveying.
